The journal welcomes original manuscripts, both empirical and theoretical, dealing with real estate, finance, and economics
within the broad-base framework of real estate finance and economics. There is no fixed limit on the length of the articles, though concise presentation is encouraged. All articles will be reviewed. The journal welcomes comments dealing with material that has previously appeared in the journal. The journal will also publish longer articles of opinion or speculation and review articles on selected topics; these will normally be by invitation, but interested persons are invited to contact the editors. Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not be under simultaneous consideration by any other journal and should not have been published elsewhere in a substantially similar form. No part of a paper that has been published in the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics may be reproduced elsewhere without the written permission of the publisher. |
